Naa Saami Ranga Review from Telugu Funda

Akkineni Nagarjuna’s latest film, “Naa Saami Ranga,” has been released on the silver screen today, generating considerable anticipation. This is the last Telugu movie for this Sankranthi Season and lets dive into the review.

Plot

In the quaint village of Ambajipeta, the narrative of the film unfolds with President Peddayya (played by Nasser) extending a helping hand to Kistayya’s (Nagarjuna) family during a moment of crisis. Kistayya, a loyalist to the President, finds love in the form of Mahalaxmi, affectionately known as Varalu (portrayed by Ashika Ranganath). However, their love story takes an unexpected turn due to an unforeseen incident that leads to their separation.

Adding complexity to the plot is Dasu (played by Shabeer Kallarakkal), the son of President Peddayya, who harbors ill intentions towards Kistayya and his brother Anji (Allari Naresh). The reasons behind this rivalry remain shrouded in mystery, unveiling layers of tension and conflict within the village.

The audience is left to ponder over crucial questions: What caused the animosity between Dasu and Kistayya? What events led to the separation of Varalu and Kistayya? How does Bhaskar (Raj Tarun) fit into this intricate storyline?

As the plot unfolds, the film promises to unravel the intricacies of these relationships and conflicts, providing answers to the audience’s lingering questions. The interwoven tales of love, loyalty, and rivalry set against the backdrop of Ambajipeta village create an engaging narrative that holds the promise of a riveting cinematic experience.

Technical Aspects

MM Keeravaani contributes effectively with his musical prowess, setting the appropriate emotional tones throughout. MM Keeravaani enhances various scenes with his remarkable background score, adeptly encapsulating the appropriate ambiance for moments of love, action, and sorrow.

In his inaugural venture as a director, Vijay Binni effectively manages the film, yet a more concentrated endeavor towards crafting a compelling screenplay could have potentially yielded superior outcomes.

Writer Prasanna Kumar might have enhanced the story further through more focused attention.

Skillful editing and cinematography play a pivotal role in elevating the film’s overall quality, showcasing commendable production values.

The art department, too, warrants acknowledgment for its valuable contributions to the project.

Telugu Funda Analysis

The plot of the movie doesn’t bring anything novel for Telugu audiences, and the director Vijay Binni, managing the screenplay himself, could have executed it with more finesse.

The characters portrayed by Raj Tarun, Shabeer, and Rukshar Dhillon had the potential for further development. Despite Vijay Binni’s adept direction, a swifter screenplay could have heightened the overall impact. The inclusion of Prasanna Kumar could have injected more emotionally resonant scenes, particularly in the latter part of the film.
