In April this year, Netflix firmed up a web series with director Mallik Ram of ‘Tillu Square’ fame. Sundeep Kishan, seen in ‘Ooru Peru Bhairavakona’ in February this year, was roped in as the male lead of the untitled series.
Mithila Palkar of ‘Ori Devuda’ fame has been chosen to headline the series as the female protagonist. The 31-year-old actress will be essaying an out-and-out entertaining role in the series.
Known mainly for Hindi and Marathi films, Mithila has previously done ‘Little Things’ for Netflix. The series had four seasons, which were about a couple in a live-in relationship in Mumbai. She has also done ‘Girl in the City’, ‘Official Chukyagiri’, and ‘Pretty Fit’ on OTT.
