‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’, which arrived at the cinemas on August 29th, is now Nani’s biggest grosser in North America. Prathyangira Cinemas, which distributed the film in NA, noted that the gross figure stands at $.2.05 million (as of Tuesday morning IST).
This is the Natural Star’s second such film in the NA market, the first one being ‘Dasara’.

Director Vivek Athreya and DVV Entertainment can’t be happier. For the former, the film gives a new lease of life after the disastrous ‘Ante Sundaraniki’. For the latter, the film is an important success ahead of Pawan Kalyan’s ‘OG’, which is scheduled to arrive at the cinemas in the last week of March 2025.
Have rains in the Telugu States affected ‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’ in any manner? Absolutely not. The film is rock-solid in the territories that are not affected by floods. SJ Suryah’s performance, Jakes Bejoy’s music and the overall screenplay are the film’s merits.
