With utmost dedication, she presents the film, preserving its essence while making it relatable to Telugu viewers.

The narrative revolves around Smile/Yeddodu (portrayed by Sampoornesh Babu), a cobbler in the village of Padamarapaadu, who faces social ostracization and disrespect due to his outcast status. Despite his struggles, he finds an unexpected ally in Vasantha (played by Saranya Pradeep), the village’s Post-woman, who assists him in securing his postal passbook.

Parallelly, the story delves into the village politics, where two sons of the Sarpanch vie for the coveted position. The election hangs in the balance, with both sides requiring just one vote to secure victory. Their attention is drawn to a mysterious figure named Martin Luther King, whose new Voter Card becomes the pivotal factor in the election drama. Smile’s unexpected connection with these influential figures forms the crux of the plot.

Performances 

Sampoornesh Babu shines brightly in a role that challenges his typical comedic image, proving his versatility as an actor. Saranya Pradeep delivers a stellar performance, captivating the audience with her subtle expressions and emotional depth. The elder and younger sons of the Village Sarpanch, portrayed by Naresh and Venkatesh Maha, deliver commendable performances, skillfully highlighting the cynical realities of contemporary politics.
