Aha Video has announced a new arrival. ‘Birthmark’, dubbed into Telugu from Tamil, is the one. The thriller drama, starring Shabeer Kallarakkal (as an Army Lieutenant suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and Mirnaa Menon (of Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer’ fame), will be available for streaming from August 8th.
“Lokam chudabothunna sisuvu! Kaani kaalame thana sathruvu!! (sic),” wrote Aha, announcing the date with an intriguing poster.
Directed and co-written by Vikram Shreedharan, the film’s music is by Vishal Chandrashekhar of ‘Sita Ramam’ fame.
The story of the movie is divided into four chapters. Upon its release in Tamil, ‘Birthmark’ received a 3-star rating from a prominent daily.
