Actor Sohel Requests Audiance to Watch the Bootcutbalraj in Theatres

Audiences are in for a treat as they anticipate the release of “Happy Ending,” a light-hearted coming-of-age tale directed by Kowshik Bheemidi. The film stars Yash Puri, who has garnered praise for his performances in projects like ZEE5’s “Alanti Sitralu” and the epic drama “Shaakuntalam.” With a release date set for February 2, “Happy Ending” has been generating buzz, thanks to its engaging promotional content.

Apoorva Rao, the talented actress sharing the screen with Yash Puri, recently shed light on the movie in an interview, expressing her excitement about being part of this youthful and humorous venture. Originally from Ongole, Apoorva shared her journey into acting, detailing her upbringing in Gujarat and a stint in Kuwait for primary education. Despite facing initial skepticism about pursuing acting from her family and friends, Apoorva’s determination led her to enroll in the Dadasaheb Phalke Film School in Hyderabad.

Her break came with “Happy Ending,” where she plays a crucial role alongside Yash Puri. Describing the film as a youth-pull movie filled with humor and fun, Apoorva highlighted its unique narrative structure that guarantees a good laugh every ten minutes. The story revolves around the protagonist’s unusual problem, hindering him from pursuing his desires. The film humorously unfolds his attempts to confront this conflict, introducing characters like Jhansi and Ajay Ghosh to add to the entertainment.

Apoorva spoke warmly about her co-star, Yash Puri, describing him as respectful and pleasant. In “Happy Ending,” Yash’s character is cursed, bringing a twist to the conventional storyline. Apoorva portrays the role of a mentally strong and understanding girl, akin to Kamalini Mukherjee’s character in “Anand.”

Expressing her aspirations, Apoorva aims to bring her unique style to cinema, much like accomplished actors Srili and Samantha, who have made a mark with their distinctive choices. She draws inspiration from Sai Pallavi’s career, emphasizing her desire to work in content-oriented films. With a background in Bharatanatyam and some singing training, Apoorva is set to showcase her versatility as an actress.

Working on “Happy Ending” was a collaborative effort for Apoorva, who appreciated the openness of director Kowshik Bheemidi to suggestions, making it a true team experience. She also dubbed for her character, believing that authentic voices enhance the portrayal. Neetha Lulla’s involvement in costume design brought a stylish touch to the film, especially considering Yash’s portrayal of a new-age makeup artist.

Apoorva Rao encourages audiences to view “Happy Ending” as a delightful film suitable for watching with friends and family. She describes it as a stress-reliever, comparing it to films like “Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty” and “Vicky Donor.” As Apoorva sets her sights on collaborating with actors like Adivi Sesh, Rana, and Naveen Polishetty, she aims to contribute to delivering quality films that resonate with the audience.
