Guess why the Hindi word ‘Aandhi’ is trending on X aka Twitter? It’s because Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (June 7th) used the word as an ultimate praise for BJP’s ally Pawan Kalyan
Here is what the PM said: “I have been informed by Babu (Chandrababu Naidu) that the mandate in AP Assembly polls this time is historic. The one you are seeing here, yeh pawan nahi, aandhi hain.” As he said the words, the PM pointed his finger towards Pawan.
A few minutes earlier, the ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ actor copiously acknowledged the role played by Modi in steering the NDA election campaign in AP. The ‘OG’ star made it a point to highlight the never-seen-before magnitude of the mandate. Both Pawan and Chandrababu Naidu were together in praising Modi’s leadership.
Pawan’s supporters can’t be happier. With the PM himself calling him a storm, he has truly arrived on the national scene.
