Budding actress Ananthika Sanilkumar was catapulted to fame by last year’s box-office hit, ‘MAD’. She was seen as a college-goer in it. In her next movie, titled ‘8 Vasanthalu’, she will be seen as Shuddhi Ayodhya, a 19-year-old Martial Arts student who comes from a traditional background.
Releasing her first look today, the makers stated that the female protagonist is playing the role of a mindful, self-aware daughter and a compassionate human who evolves into something else in the course of the movie. “She is poetry in motion,” the makers wrote on the poster.
Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, the film is directed by Phanindra Narsetti. Vishwanath Reddy and Naresh Kumaran are its cinematographer and music director, respectively. Aravind Mule is the production designer.
