The horror thriller “C 202,” directed by Munna Kasi, has unveiled its first look poster in celebration of Republic Day 2024. The film, shot exclusively during the night to enhance its chilling impact, features a stellar cast ensemble, including Thanikella Bharani, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Satya Prakash, Shafi, Chitram Srinu, and Y Vijaya. Produced by Mighty Oak Pictures and K A Manohari, the movie stars Goan beauty Sharon Riya Fernandez as the female lead.
Notably, Munna Kasi is not only the director but also the lead actor, story and dialogue writer, music composer, and editor, ensuring his multifaceted involvement in crafting the film. Speaking on the poster reveal, Munna Kasi stated, “We are releasing our first look poster of C 202 on the occasion of Republic Day, and we would also come up with the trailer soon.”
While recently completing its shooting, Munna shared intriguing details about the film, emphasizing the unique approach of shooting entirely during the night. He revealed, “The screenplay has turned out very interesting with a lot of suspense and horror scenes combined, and we are sure that our movie is going to hook the audience onto their seats.” The film, utilizing high-end cameras and lighting equipment, includes 21 minutes of graphics and is currently undergoing post-production at Ramanaidu Studios.
Munna Kasi further highlighted that acclaimed actors like Thanikella Bharani, Subalekha Sudhakar, Satya Prakash, Shafi, Chitram Srinu, in significant roles, will present audiences with never-before-seen avatars, promising to surprise viewers with their characters.
Known for his 2019 musical horror “Heza,” released on Amazon Prime Video, Munna Kasi hinted at a sequel, “Heza 2,” following the release of “C 202.” With the film’s production complete and promotions in full swing, audiences can eagerly anticipate the spine-chilling experience “C 202” promises to deliver.
